Hugs on a Windy Day

Hi everyone, at present I am going to be taking a short break from Blogland, so my posts for the next few weeks will be scheduled ones. I will continue to catch up with all your creative projects via Facebook and Instagram. I appreciate all your comments left on my blog and hope you contiue to visit during my break.

Today for my DT post with Craft Consortium I am showcasing some more of the gorgeous new range from Santoro called Kori Kumi.

My card today shows the sweet little 3D Decoupaged characters. This comes with a background to use as a topper layer on a card but today I decided to make my own background using the beautiful coordinating papers. I love how it looks like she is delivering a parcel on a windy day.

I added my bunting with silicone glue and a few gems for some sparkle.

Thanks so much for stopping by today and if you would like to see more of this delightful range from Craft Consortium please click HERE

Please checkout Craft Consortium to see their vast range of stunning embellishments, paper pads and Decoupage papers on Facebook for inspiration and regular giveaways, you will also find them on Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram.

  1. This is absolutely charming, Julie! I love the gentle colour tones especially in the background, and the decoupaging gives a lovely effect of depth. It looks like an illustration from a children's book - I want to know where they're going and what happens next in the story!

I've been having a fairly enforced break from Blogland, so wish you well in yours. Hope it does you good!
