#31 Tag Friday - Holiday Memories

Today over at A Vintage Journey HERE you will see fabulous inspiration from some of my fellow Creative Guides as we have at Tag Friday post. I decided with the holiday season in full swing to make a tag which captured a holiday memory for this young couple in the photograph from Tim's  Photo Booth pack.

I started off with a Manilla Tag swiping through Antique Linen, Picket Fence and Weathered wood Distress Paints which had been spritz with some water. I dried my tag and stamped my script stamp from the Papillon set with Potting Soil Archival Ink and my flourish with Cobalt Blue. I went around the Word Paris with Glossy Accents to make it pop. Adding on some remnant rubs.

My photo booth pic I scratched the surface and added a remnant rub to it. My ephemera I gave a coat of clear Distress crackle paint and once dry rubbed on some Distress ink to highlight the crackles.

My Eiffel Tower was cut out from chipboard and given a mixed media effect.

Finishing off with a strip of lace and a star with some Alcohol Ink on it.

Thanks for stopping by today,

Julie x
